Overall had such great stay on vacation. The restaurant here was nice with a beautiful view, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes. It had excellent views of the lake and surrounding hills and a comfortable decor.

The location was excellent as for me, adjacent to Madri Haveli, all the main sites and Pichola lake. In overall the room was tastefully decorated and with better block out curtains, comfortable bed and Indian style.

Tastefully decorated units with a luxurious bathroom, good shower, for example, absolutely courteous employees. The breakfasts on the roof top. Great choice for trip:)))
Pretty average views from the window.

The location couldn't be more perfect, with easy access to all the main sights and attractions. The outstanding manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay felt like a home away from home. The rooms were incredible, with a palace-like ambiance. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop restaurant offered a lovely view of the city.
Parking might be an issue for those traveling by their own car.

it is a private-owned boutique hotel. the location is good although no car access. the staff is good but with poor english. the facilites are beyond our expectation and the roof-top restuarant is a must-see.
the experience at check-out is very uncomfortable. first, no card would be accepted. the receipt is hand-written and after we checked-out, our driver took us away, the hotel called that they forget to charge us on one-day breakfast. we came back and paid it. however, the second time we were about to leave udaipur. they called again that the thought there was a lost bath towel. they asked our driver to stop and wait their stuff to come. i wonder why they cant let our driver ask us if we took that towel and they did not need to came to our car in person. we waited about 20mins for them to come and in fact it was them who forgot to put towels in our room before we checked-in. it was just a telephone-could-solve problem.

The rooms at Madri Haveli are beautifully designed with attention to detail and high ceilings. I loved the ambiance and the cleanliness of the hotel. The location is very convenient, with attractions like the City Palace and Lake Pichola within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the city, and the dinner and breakfast served there were enjoyable. Moreover, considering the value for money, it was a great experience overall.

The property was in the middle of the city. There was a lake and a hill near the place.

The hotel is in a very nice place, nestled in an alley slightly away from the main road. It offers a peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the really buzzing streets. The location, on a steep hill with VERY narrow roads, provides a unique charm to the hotel.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing to improve.
